These terms apply when you shop with Little Radiance. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and orders

Please review the selected design, quantity, product details and delivery address before placing your order. Product photographs show the design and appearance; screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your right to receive goods that match their description.

Orders are subject to availability and delivery service coverage. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute another design or charge an increased price without your agreement.

Prices and payment

The currency, item prices, available discounts, shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Please check the final total before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees. International customs charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Bundle offers apply only when their stated conditions are met. Any applicable offer and final total will be shown before payment.

Delivery and order changes

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. See our Shipping Policy for processing, delivery, tracking and address changes. Contact us promptly if you need to change an order; changes may not be possible once processing has begun. Your mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Returns and problems with an order

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, and any mandatory cancellation rights, are covered by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Contact us if your order does not arrive or there is a problem with an item.

Using this website

Please provide accurate order information and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its security or misuse another person's payment details. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your rights and these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies. This includes rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where applicable, and any protections that apply in your country. Updates to these terms apply to future orders; they do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
